Edible coconut oil and a synergistic blend of edible coconut oil and essential oils (bergamot, rosemary and lavender oil) showed a significant improvement in the performance of the alpha wave frequency band, which means a relaxation benefit. We will go into detail about the conduct of the study and its results. Note de contenu : - ELECTROENCEPHALOGRAPHY
