Résumé : |
Acid protease produced by Aspergillus usamii is an ideal bating agent for sheep-pelt. The bating conditions for sheep-pelt have been studied by an orthogonal statistical test. The experimental results showed that the optimum conditions were concentration of acid protease about 45pg/ml, temperature about 38°C, time about 8 hours, and pH 2.5-3.0. The study also showed that acid protease was more effective than neutral protease as a sheep-pelt bating agent. |
