Index. décimale : 677.4 Textiles artificiels Résumé : The production and finishing potential of filament yarns is nearly exhausted on the machine side. Higher production speeds are almost impossible to achieve and the automation possibilities are also virtually exhausted. In addition, energy costs continue to rise in most countries. As a result, the focus is increasingly shifting to cost savings through reduced resource consumption. Compressed air is one of the most expensive resources, both in filament spinning and in the ATY (air textured yarn) and DTY (draw-textured yarn) downstream processses. Thanks to the latest air-jet components from Heberlein AG, energy savings of up to 30% can be achieved with the same production values compared to older jet variants. This high savings potential makes it possible to amortize investment costs in the shortest possible time. Note de contenu : - Air savings in filament spinning
- Air savings in DTY process
- Increase in output in ATY process
