In order to solve the problem of noise pollution, polyurethane (PU) nanofibrous membranes with different structures were prepared by electrospinning. The influence of layer number, single-layer basis weight arrangement and the concentration of MnO2 on the sound absorption performance was investigated. The results show that the sound absorption coefficient of the PU laminated nanofibrous membranes enhances initially and then declines with the increase of the layer numbers, reaching the maximum when the layer number is 8. The overall sound absorption performance of the PU nanofibrous membranes with increasing single-layer basis weight arrangement is better than that of the membranes with decreasing single-layer basis weight arrangement. When the concentration of Mn02 is 2 wt.%, the sound absorption coefficient of the MnO2/PU composite membrane achieves its peak value due to the fine fiber diameter and high porosity. |
