Résumé : |
More and more free-form and curved display designs of infotainment systems dominate the interior of modern cars and are fully integrated into a harmonious cockpit dashboard design. These further developments in housing design present display manufacturers with the challenge that the bonding areas of the display housing are becoming increasingly narrow for cost and design reasons, but they still have to ensure perfect display bonding. |
Note de contenu : |
- Strong adhesive bonding on narrow bonding surfaces
- Ajustable dosing quantity to compensate tolerances
- Fig. 1 : Automotive displays dominate the dashboard design of modern cars
- Fig. 2 : Fully automatic adhesive application with a CNC-controlled mixing head onto the adhesive surface of the display housing
- Fig. 3 : 3 Mixing and dosing system with shuttle table, 6-axis robot, mixing head for two material components and a refilling station
- Fig. 4 : The 3D laser scanner records the height profile and transmits the data to the control system of the dispensing system
- Fig. 5 : The adhesive bead before joining shows different quantity application depending on the height profile. The AQA process always ensures the correct quantity dosage and, after joining, a constant adhesive joint of the same width and height |
