We have investigated the influence of the temperature, pH, concentration of Na2CO3, alkaline proteinase (Product 1), anionic and non-ionic surface-active substances (Product 2) over the lypolytic activity of Lipase when used for the purpose of leather degreasing. The lypolytic activity is analysed in FIP units, according to a standard method. We have showed that at t = 30°C; pH = 8; 2g/l Na2CO3; 2g/l Product 1 and 2g/l Product 2, the activity of lipase is 120% of its maximum value at t = 37°C and pH = 7.
The results may be used to determine the levels of application of Lipase in degreasing of leathers with different contents of fats. |
