- Fig. 1 : The parts are pre-treated using a wet process in a five-zone machine. The majority of the water frm the pre-treatment process is removed in blow-off zones and two tipping stations with moving separator nozzles, before the parts pass into the dry-off oven
- Fig. 2 : The parts are precisely positioned on the skids with the help of parts holders and then pass through the coating process. The parts must not move in relatioin to the application system
- Fig. 3 : The parts are coated eitherusing a conventional process with interim drying and cooling or an integrated paint process (IPP), also known as wet-on-wet. The application of the individual coats, is moniroted for quality purposes by the control booths
