Nowadays, several researchers are taking efforts to reduce the energy consumption of heat transfer devices by enhancing boiling heat transfer performance. The performance of heat transfer is strongly related to the morphology of the heating surface. Over the years, several surface modification techniques have been utilised often to enhance heat performance. This article includes a summary of a previously published article on the improvement of heat transfer by modifying the surfaces in various coating techniques. |
