Résumé : |
A new painting plant speeds up and simplifies ballast coating for a crane manufacturer. The heavy counterweights for mobile lattice boome and telescopic cranes with lifting heights of up to 245 metres are coated individually or in groups, ergonomically suspended, up to a total weight of 20 tonnes. 2 product carriers are in circulation. |
Note de contenu : |
- Ballast in its most beautiful form
- Optimally timed with friction wheel and rope conveyor technology
- Easy coating for heavy weight
- Fig. 1 : A new coating plant ensures high efficiency in ballast coating
- Fig. 2 : The heavy counterweights for mobile telescopic and lattic boom cranes are painted ergonomically suspended individually or in groups of several
- Fig. 3 : Instead of chain conveyors or individual drives on the transport units, this concept uses permanently installed friction wheels for individual feed
- Fig. 4 : The high total weight of the parts and the requirement for ergonomic height adjustment in the painting booths would not have been possible with a chain conveyor
