Résumé : |
The stability of the CED coatings is vital to their storage and application, which have an important effect on the film of the CED coatings. In this work, CED coatings were prepared by mixing the synthetic resin and blocked isocyanate. The factors, which have an influence on the stability of the CED coatings, were studied and optimised. The optimum conditions for preparing the CED coatings with good stability are the following. The mixing process is that the resin and curing agent is mixed well, and then water is added to disperse in the blender. The rotational speed and dispersed time were 900r/min and 40min, respectively. TDI trimer was the curing agent of the CED coating. The neutralisation degree was 80%. |
