Nowadays allopathic aliments, hydrogel loaded dressing pads are used as wound dressings. This study was done to promote herbal oriented dressings. Electrospinning is a technique which produces polymer solution into nanofibers by high electric voltage. Electrospun fibers resemble extra-cellular matrix and are successfully used in drug delivery and wound dressings. In this study, PVA and methanolic eadract of Tridax Procumbens leaf in the ratio of 80/20 was electrospun and PLM images were taken. Formations of beads were observed from the images. This is because of the addition of that extract, whereas PVA alone does not formed beads. Note de contenu : - Materials
