Résumé : |
Maintenance and adequate machine settings have wide impact on the properties of the resultant yarn. Many times it was studied that the machine production and the quality of fully drawn yarn (FDY) have been totally dependent on the machine settings like draw ratio and winding speed. High-speed spinning of PA 66 yarn at speeds greater than 5,200 m/min produces highly oriented and crystalline yarn which may be categorized as FDY and those filaments were spun at a speed of 4,000 m/min can categorized under partially oriented yarn (POY) which is highly suitable as a feed material for draw-texturing machines. This research mainly aimed to study the machine setting on the production of FDY machine. |
