1K moisture cure solvent-based PU is one component permanent elastic, alkali resistant, liquid-applied polyurethane coating that cures to a seamless, high elastic waterproofing membrane. It is used for long-lasting waterproofing coating on flat surfaces such as balcony, roof, terrace, wet area or deck that protects the building structure reliably and on a long-term basis, even under the most difficult conditions. Due to its superior performance properties and ease of applications makes it the system of choice. This product solves waterproofing problems under unfavorable conditions such as stagnating water, frost, humidity and weather exposure, etc.
In India, 1K PU Waterproofing solution are mainly imported and several variants & brands are available. Construction being highly unorganized sector, advance planning for the inventory and lead time is the biggest pain point for the customers who uses imported grades. For customers, localized solution- Made In India will have an added advantage with respect to flexibility in inventory management & also the cost effectiveness tilt the material reaches actual site. |
