Comparison experiments showed that the ADP-3 has good adsorption effect. Then, the effects of various parameters such as initial acid black dye NT concentration (50-300mg/L) and solution pH(1.5- 6.5) were investigated. The point of zero charge (PZC) of ADP-3 has been determined. Specific surface area and average adsorption pore size of the ADP-3 were 21.378m2/g and 3.833nm, respectively. Field scanning electron microscopy (FESEM) indicated that the adsorption material has porous structure, which provided favorable conditions for adsorption process. The experimental data were analyzed by Langmuir and Freundlich models of adsorption. Equilibrium data were fitted well with the Freundlich model. Thermodynamics parameters, ?G, ?H and ?S indicate that the adsorption of acid black dye NT onto ADPs were spontaneous and endothermic process in nature. Pseudo-first-order and pseudo-second-order kinetic models vvere used to fit the adsorption kinetic data. The adsorption kinetics was found to follow the pseudo-first-order kinetic model. Amino blocking indicated that the amine content plays an important role in the adsorption process. The adsorbent was also applied to the treatment of leather dye effluent, the results showed that ADP-3 exhibit a prominent adsorption property on leather dye effluent. Santa Barbara Amorphous-15Santa Barbara Amorphous-15 (SBA-15) is a highly stable mesoporous silica sieve developed by researchers at the University of California at Santa Barbara. It gets it high hydrothermal and mechanical stability from a framework of uniform hexagonal pores that feature a narrow pore-size distribution and a tunable pore diameter of 5nm to 15nm, but, most significantly, from its relatively thick walls, which range between 3.1nm and 6.4nm. SBA mesoporous silica 15 has a high internal surface area, which lends itself to various applications, including environmental adsorption and separation, advanced optics, and catalysts. Based on “masking mechanism” from tanning, lactic acid was used as masking agent to obtain the uniform distribution of Zr and Ti species in the SBA-15 framework. The obtained materials were characterized by powder X-ray diffraction (XRD), nitrogen adsorption-desorption isotherms, scanning electron microscope (SEM), transmission electron microscope (TEM) and X-ray photoelectron (XPS). The results reveal that in mesoporous materials, the presence of lactic acid gives rise to the uniform distribution of Zr and Ti species. The adsorption equilibrium and kinetic studies of Zr-Ti-SBA-15 materials show that the adsorption process conforms to the Langmuir isotherm and pseudo-second-order kinetic model, respectively. Regenerational experiments show that the Zr-Ti-SBA-15 displays a significant adsorption ability for methylene blue (MB) (up to 291.6 mg/g), along with good reusability, indicating promising potentials of commercialization. Methodologically, this work provides a wide range of possibilities for further development of SBA-15 based on bimetallic and sewage disposal. Langues : Anglais (eng) Index. décimale : 675 Technologie du cuir et de la fourrure Résumé : A series of hyperbranched (poly(amine-ester) polyols (HPAEPs) were synthesized by the polycondensation of N,N-diethylol-3-amine-methylpropionate [prepared by the Michael addition reaction of methyl acrylate (MA) with diethanolamine (DEA)] as an AB2-type monomer with trimethylol propane (TMP) as the core moiety, proceeding in one-step procedure in the melt with p-toluenesulfonic acid (p-TSA) as catalyst. Then, it was modified by diethyl malonate (DEM) in the presence of catalyst (anhydrous K2CO3) via transesterification to obtain a water-soluble hyperbranched polymer with active methylene (HPAM), which can be used as formaldehyde elimination agent. The obtained polymers were characterized by FTIR and TGA. the application results show that HPAEP can be used as the retanning agent with reinforcing performance (tear strength increased by 23.3 % and tensile strength increased by 11.3 %) and bleaching efect (whiteness value increase by 19.8 %) meanwhile. The removal efficiency of free-formaldehyde in leather could reach 56.25 % at 2 % dosage of HPAM for capturing 5h. Tannage Résumé : Carboxylated collagen fibre (CCF) was prepared using glyoxylic acid modified collagen fibre which was extracted from fresh pigskin, the prepared CCF was used as an adsorbent to treat trivalent chromium ions (Cr(III)) in wastewater (Cr-CCF). Alkali-enzyme hydrolysis was used to extract collagen protein from the CCF after the adsorption of Cr(III) to obtain chromium-containing collagen hydrolyzate (Cr-CCH). Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) and gel permeation chromatography (GPC) were employed to analyse the structure and relative molecular mass distribution of the collagen in Cr-CCH. The Cr(III) content was determined by diphenylcarbazide spectrophotometry. The optimal hydrolysis conditions were optimised by single factor experiments with the collagen extraction rate as the index. Finally, sheep and sturgeon wet-blue was chosen to evaluate the retanning efficiency of Cru-CCH. The satisfactory sensory and mechanical properties of the finished leather demonstrated that Cr-CCH could become a good candidate as a retanning agent, which not only satisfied performance requirements for finished leather, but also achieved recycling of resources.
