Polymères dendritiquesIndex. décimale : 675 Technologie du cuir et de la fourrure Résumé : A series of amine-terminated dendritic polymers (ADPs) were synthesized by stepwise substitution reaction and were used as an adsorbent for removal of acid black dye NT from aqueous solution. Comparison experiments showed that the ADP-3 has good adsorption effect. Then, the effects of various parameters such as initial acid black dye NT concentration (50-300mg/L) and solution pH(1.5- 6.5) were investigated. The point of zero charge (PZC) of ADP-3 has been determined. Specific surface area and average adsorption pore size of the ADP-3 were 21.378m2/g and 3.833nm, respectively. Field scanning electron microscopy (FESEM) indicated that the adsorption material has porous structure, which provided favorable conditions for adsorption process. The experimental data were analyzed by Langmuir and Freundlich models of adsorption. Equilibrium data were fitted well with the Freundlich model. Thermodynamics parameters, ?G, ?H and ?S indicate that the adsorption of acid black dye NT onto ADPs were spontaneous and endothermic process in nature. Pseudo-first-order and pseudo-second-order kinetic models vvere used to fit the adsorption kinetic data. The adsorption kinetics was found to follow the pseudo-first-order kinetic model. Amino blocking indicated that the amine content plays an important role in the adsorption process. The adsorbent was also applied to the treatment of leather dye effluent, the results showed that ADP-3 exhibit a prominent adsorption property on leather dye effluent. Systèmes auto-assemblésIndex. décimale : 668.9 Polymères Résumé : A series of amphiphilic hyperbranched polymers (AHP-s, the “s” refers to the algebra of AHP) were synthesized by the reaction between hydroxyl-terminated hyperbranched polymers (HBP-s, the “s” refers to the algebra of HBP) and palmitoyl chloride. FTIR, NMR and GPC were used to determine the structure of AHP-s, the results showed that AHP-s exhibits core-shell structure. The thermal properties of polymers were investigated by DSC and TGA. It was found that AHP-2, AHP-3 and AHP-4 display higher thermal stability than AHP-1 (AHP-1, AHP-2, AHP-3 and AHP-4 represent the first, second, third and fourth generation AHP, respectively). Furthermore, the self-assembly performance of AHP-s in THF solvent was investigated by TEM and SEM. Finally, the encapsulation capacity of the AHP-s for methyl orange (MO) was explored at different concentrations of AHP-s and pH conditions. It was found that AHP-s is capable of accommodating hydrophilic guest MO. Moreover, the higher generation of AHP-s, the stronger encapsulation capacity obtained. And the encapsulation capacity closely associated with the pH of encapsulation system. Langues : Anglais (eng) Index. décimale : 675 Technologie du cuir et de la fourrure Résumé : A series of hyperbranched (poly(amine-ester) polyols (HPAEPs) were synthesized by the polycondensation of N,N-diethylol-3-amine-methylpropionate [prepared by the Michael addition reaction of methyl acrylate (MA) with diethanolamine (DEA)] as an AB2-type monomer with trimethylol propane (TMP) as the core moiety, proceeding in one-step procedure in the melt with p-toluenesulfonic acid (p-TSA) as catalyst. Then, it was modified by diethyl malonate (DEM) in the presence of catalyst (anhydrous K2CO3) via transesterification to obtain a water-soluble hyperbranched polymer with active methylene (HPAM), which can be used as formaldehyde elimination agent. The obtained polymers were characterized by FTIR and TGA. the application results show that HPAEP can be used as the retanning agent with reinforcing performance (tear strength increased by 23.3 % and tensile strength increased by 11.3 %) and bleaching efect (whiteness value increase by 19.8 %) meanwhile. The removal efficiency of free-formaldehyde in leather could reach 56.25 % at 2 % dosage of HPAM for capturing 5h. Tension superficielleIndex. décimale : 668.1 Agents tensioactifs : savons, détergents Résumé : A series of hyperbranched polymer surfactants (HBP-C8, HBP-C12 and HBP-C16) were synthesized by the reaction between hydroxyl-terminated hyperbranched polymers (HBP) and fatty acyl chloride. The structure of obtained hyperbranched polymer surfactant was characterized by FTIR, NMR and GPC. The results showed that the products have amphiphilic structure. The thermal property of the hyperbranched polymer surfactant investigated by DSC and TGA was strongly influenced by the length of end alkyl chain. Surface activity of hyperbranched polymer surfactant was analyzed by surface tension method and UV spectrophotometry, respectively. The results showed that hyperbranched polymer surfactant took on better surface activity, which can effectively reduce the surface tension of the water. The hyperbranched polymer surfactant has a lower critical micelle concentration (CMC) and displays single molecular micellar properties, which can package small hydrophilic molecules in relatively low concentration.

TaninsIndex. décimale : 675 Technologie du cuir et de la fourrure Résumé : Nowadays, collagen fibre attracts more and more domestic and foreign interest because of its unique structure and biological properties. Collagen fibre is the main component of leather solid waste and it has unique physical and chemical properties. lt is a potential biomass adsorption material with a wide range of applications. As an adsorption material, the cost of collagen fibre is low, il also has excellent biocompatibility and biodegradability. However, the studies have shown that the direct use of collagen fibre as an adsorbent material has disadvantages, such as low adsorption capacity, poor selectivity and inability to resist high temperatures. In order to meet the practical application conditions of adsorption, and broaden its application areas, many researchers have studied the modification of collagen fibre using metal ions, tannin, hyperbranched polymers, and aldehydes etc. The problems and the technological focus in the research of adsorbants based on collagen fibre are indicated.
