Résumé : |
In the automotive industry, more and more assemblies are being bonded in order to save resources and ensure efficient production. However, pretreating the joining surfaces beforehand in a reliable process is an essential step. The 'quattroClean' technology has several advantages over other dry cleaning methods. |
Note de contenu : |
- Dry, partial cleaning instread of a wet chemical process
- Snow for clean, residue-free surfaces
- Robust process with wide operating window
- Pretreatment before bonding different plastics
- Removing drawing oil before joining
- Optimally adapted process
- Fig. 1 : The patented technology with two-component ring nozzle for CO2 and jacketed jet of compressed air achieves consistent and uniform cleaning results - even in automated solutions
- Fig. 2 : When it comes to selectively cleaning structural joining surfaces, the cold and dry 'quattroClean' process ensures the necessary degree of cleanliness thanks to its robustness and wide operating window
- Fig. 3 : The adhesive can be applied directly after cleaning or after an intermediate activation process
- Fig. 4 : The systems can be integrated into production lines and interlinked production environments via standardized interfaces. This allows them to be easily connected to higher-level master computers so that they can be subsequently controlled by them |
