Résumé : |
This study explores the effects of seawater ageing on the mechanical and structural characteristics of reinforcing fibres and matrix resins used in the production of glass/epoxy composite pipes. An in-depth analysis highlights the complications and drawbacks in the ageing process of the specimens, showing that longer immersion times increase the deterioration of the fibre/matrix interface. Finally, a suitable analysis of the immersion time and ageing temperature is proposed. |
