Liquides ioniques
PolyacrylonitrileIndex. décimale : 677.4 Textiles artificiels Résumé : The presented results deal with scientific, experimental and technical aspects of the development of a novel fiber spinning technology for polyacrylonitrile (PAN) dissolved in ionic liquids. Beside procedural investigations covering the variation of fiber forming conditions in spinneret, in coagulation baths and in different after-stretching steps, the complex influence of parameters on fiber properties in gel as well as dried state is in the main locus. In this way, individual fiber tenacities of more than 75 cN/tex and elongation values of 8-15% have been obtained. Note de contenu : - Preparation of spinning solutions
- Fiber preparation
- Fiber spinning
- Preparation of dried PAN precursor filaments
- FIGURES : 1. Cations and anions for designing ionic liquids useful for preparing polyacrylonitrile solutions - 2. Viscosity curves in dependence on shear conditions taken from a solution of 25% PAN in a PRIF at 85°C - 3. Scanning electron microscopic image of fibers spun from PRIF-solutions (cross-section and surface details - 4. Maximum allowed draw ratio as a function of PAN concentration
- TABLES : 1. Textile-physical values of PAN fibers spun from 25 wt% solution in coagulation bathes of different concentrations - 2. Filament properties before and after thermal stretching - 3.
PolyacrylonitrileIndex. décimale : 677.47 Non cellulosiques : Nylon, acryliques, polyesters, vinyles Résumé : The presented results deal with scientific, experimental and technical aspects of an advanced air-gap spinning technology of PAN-fibers spun from high-viscous DMSO solutions. Beside procedural investigations related to variation of fiber forming conditions at the spinneret, in the coagulation bath and at stretching in gel as well as dried state, the influence of the given factors onto fiber properties are discussed in comparison to common wet spun fibers. As a result, fibers possessing higher tensile strength and modulus could be obtained from 3 commercial polyacrylonitrile (PAN) polymer grades. A significantly increased solid content is expected to reduce production costs decisively. Note de contenu : - Preparation of spinning solutions
- Description of fiber spinning plant
- Fiber spinning
- Comparison of fiber properties at air-gap and wet spinning
- Future perspective and summary
- Table 1 : Molar mass characteristics of the PAN polymers under investigation
- Table 2 : Comparison of technological and property features of PAN fi bers spun in an air-gap and PAN fi bers obtained by wet spinningEn ligne : https://drive.google.com/file/d/1WrcCgGWP1tFQwelHQPKo7acb6Wyq0vM4/view?usp=drive [...] Format de la ressource électronique : Permalink : https://e-campus.itech.fr/pmb/opac_css/index.php?lvl=notice_display&id=36957
