Résumé : |
As nanofibers show nano-size effects unseen in conventional fibers, nano-fiber production technologies remain under active development worldwide. Toray has developed the polymer-blend spinning nanofiber technology. Precise control of minute polymer flows into sea-island conjugated fiber was essential to producing next generation advanced nanofibers. The company was the first nanofiber manufacturer to succeed in producing homogeneously-round, filament-type nanofibers with a s 150 nm diameter, as well as multi-polygonal shaped nanofibers. |
