Résumé : |
Paint residues and dirt in spray booths can lead to expensive production shutdowns. In order to ensure that processes run smoothly and that maintenance can be carried out as efficiently as possible, high-quality coagulants are needed which are designed for use with the specific type of spray booth. |
Note de contenu : |
- High standards for coagulants
- Reducing problems and extending water usability
- VOC-free and REACH-compliant
- Efficient solutions for highly effective processes
Fig. 1 : In order to ensure that processes run smoothly and that maintenance can be carried out as efficiently as possible, high-quality coagulants are needed which are designed for use with the specific type of spray booth.
- Fig. 2 : In spray booths where the walls and floors are washed with water, the excess paint is trapped, washed out and collected in a tank. The addition of coagulants results in the paint particles combining to form larger lumps and allows them to be removed.
- Fig. 3 : If the coagulation is process is ineffective, the paint sludge remains sticky and modern coagulation agents allow the paint sludge to be denatured much more effectively |
