Résumé : |
A supplier to the automotive industry invested in a multi-chamber immersion machine in order to increase its capacity and the quality of its cleaning processes. The new machine can clean steel parts with complex shapes in short cycles using an aqueous process and can also apply a solvent-based corrosion protection solution. |
Note de contenu : |
- Improving quality, capacity and flexibility
- Flexible, reliable parts cleaning
- Fully automatic processes guarantee a high throughput
- Fig 1. With batches 500 x 400 x 560 mm (W x B x H) in size and no solvent-based corrosion protection, the throughput is over 13 batches per hour. If the solvent-based process is used, the figure is around 12 batches per hour
- Fig. 2. The machine has an integral evaporator for recycling the aqueous cleaning agent. Above it is a tank for contaminated water which can be used for interim storage of the water from the individual chambers |
