Résumé : |
I have covered almost all the machines which are used in the manufacture of water based paints. Now let's turn our attention to manufacturing processes that one has to adapt to each machine. The process, timings and sequence of raw material addition differ from machine to machine. One should not try to mix up the manufacturing process and also should produce a product in a machine that is not meant for it. I have seen in many SSI Unit manufacturers invariably have one high speed disperser and will try to make the entire product range in the same machine. This is not right and if one tries to produce all the products in one machine, he will not get the right quality. Also the process parameters may vary, resulting in excess production hours leading to higher energy consumption. |
