Résumé : |
The annual meeting of the SEPAWA specialist group "Professional Cleaning and Care" was held 23-24 March 2017 in the I council hall of the old town hall of Rapperswil, Switzerland, In a presentation entitled "Lets Go ! Trends in Formulations and Sustainability" the chairman of the group, Prof. Dr Tobias Kimmel, led the audience through the meeting programme. The event was organised with the support of the Zurich University of Applied Sciences. A total of eight lectures focused on biocides, aerosols, new "green" solvents and dyes for liquid formulations, as well as test procedures for detergents and cleaning products. With the aim of making employees more aware of dangers, the programme also featured an impressive experimental lecture entitled "Dangerous Substances Live" which showed the 70 meeting participants hazards in day-to-day practice and pointed out risks. Preparations are already under way for next year's lecture event. The theme and venue of the event will be announced in good time on the SEPAWA website. |
