Résumé : |
On October 28, 2016, the United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) finalized changes to the Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) hazardous waste generator regulations. The rule goes into effect April 28, 2017 and it is likely the most challenging and impactful regulatory change affecting the industrial coatings industry since the OSHA Lead Standard. |
