Wall thickness control - Exact wall thickness distribution is the primary goal in the fabrication of extrusion blow molded hollow articles – regardless of whether the same wall thickness is needed everywhere, or different wall thicknesses are required in certain areas. This means that flexibly changing the wall thickness of the parison has to be possible in both the axial direction and circumference direction during the discharge from the die. |
