RetannageIndex. décimale : 675 Technologie du cuir et de la fourrure Résumé : In this article, the topology of fibrils and the aggregate structure of leather fibres were characterised by TEM and SEM to reveal the effects of PAA on the different scale of the structure of leather. The results show that PAA has little influence on the collagen molecules array and collagen fibres aggregate structure in the wet state. But, during air-drying PAA observably influences the collagen fibres aggregate structure. After being PAA retanned, the air-dried leather fibres become thinner and the space between fibres increases. It was found that although the unique axial periodic (d periodicity) structure of collagen fibrils and orderly arrangement of collagen molecule did not change obviously alter the introduction of PAA, the aggregation behaviour of collagen fibres was greatly influenced. With increasing concentration of PAA, the order of intermolecular lateral packing decreased, the shrinkage of the leather lessened [from changes in surface morphology observed by SEM] and the dry heat stability of collagen fibre declined due to a decrease in the orderly degree of collagen fibre aggregation. PolyanilineIndex. décimale : 667.9 Revêtements et enduits Résumé : In this paper, graphitic carbon nitride (g-C3N4) was first proposed for the pioneer application of anticorrosion coatings. Original g-C3N4 was facilely treated using HNO3 and the exfoliated g-C3N4 sheets (E-g-C3N4) were fabricated, and then, polyaniline/E-g-C3N4 composites (PANI/E-g-C3N4) as novel anticorrosive media were synthesized by chemical oxidative polymerization and devoted to the corrosion protection of coatings. The E-g-C3N4 sheets and PANI/E-g-C3N4 composites were characterized by X-ray diffraction, Fourier transform infrared, thermogravimetric analysis, and transmission electron microscopy. The anticorrosion properties of the samples prepared were investigated by electrochemical measurements including Tafel plots, electrochemical impedance spectra, and open-circuit potential. Accelerated corrosion tests of iron panels coated by PANI/E-g-C3N4 were performed in 3.5 wt% NaCl solution. Anticorrosive mechanism of PANI/E-g-C3N4 was discussed in detail. PANI/E-g-C3N4-3 fillers possessed superior corrosion inhibition than individual components on iron coatings, which was due to the synergetic effect of anticorrosion between E-g-C3N4 and PANI. The stress state of collagen fibres retanned with PAA was analysed and the structure of retanned leather was characterised by SEM and strain-stress analysis. The results show that PAA mainly interacts with collagen fibres by adhesive force (AF) between collagen fibres and capillary flow. As PAA dosage increases, AF increases and the collagen fibre's array becomes more disordered. Note de contenu : - Change of stress state of collagenfibres after being retanned with PAA

Tannage organiqueIndex. décimale : 675.2 Préparation du cuir naturel. Tannage Résumé : In this work, a triazine tanning agent of 4-((4,6-dichloro-1,3,5-triazin-2-yl)amino) benzenesulfonic acid (SAT) was prepared with cyanuric chloride and sodium p-aminobenzene sulfonate, its structure was confirmed by FTIR spectroscopy, and its tanning property was investigated. The results indicate that SAT can raise the Ts of tanned skin to around 75°C at the optimised dosage of 3%. The stability of tanned leather was tested by washing with aqueous solution of 10w% urea, lOw% NaCI and 14 acetone. The results of washing show that the tanned leather of SAT has excellent stability and there are stable covalent bond interactions between SAT and collagen fibres. Based on the results of washing and the structure characteristics of SAT, a tanning mechanism of SAT was given in which the second Cl and the third CI on the triazine ring can both react with collagen fibres under mild tanning conditions of 35°C to 45°C.
