Résumé : |
Why a centrifugal bead mill is the best tool for economic production of nanoscale particle ?
Over the years, where conventional bead mills were redesigned in a complex manner and became more and more sophisticated, the centrifugal bead mills are a big revolution on the mill market, and the Pestle-Mill is a perfect example of this new bead mill type.
The main differences to other bead mills are the unique kinematics with a simple and straight foward-looking design of the grinding chamber, the missing of sensitive machine parts like separators and mechanical seals, the flexibility in handling, and a wide field of applications. The Pestle-Mill is not magic, but it is a neat solution to trespass the limits of conventional systems, especially for nanoscale particles this type of mill is the economic answer of today and the future. |
Note de contenu : |
- The bead separation in most conventional mills is a result of compromises
- More complex geometries
- Intensive and homogeneous bead and particle stress at the pestle-mill
- Easy and more flexible operation with less maintenance
- Universal applications of the pestle-mill |
