Internal flow lining is been a proven liquid epoxy coating since year 1950s for gas transmission pipeline in terms of operation and maintenance. Pipeline owners have expressed new requirements, especially in terms of surface profile roughness, to ensure there is a improvein flow efficiency during pipeline operation.
New technical development in further improvement of product performance complying with the internationally followed standard as API 5L02 and ISO 15741. Besides that, new generation solvent free liquid epoxy flow liner having zero VOC is becoming most accepted solvent free flow liner without any compormisation on health, and environmental regulations.
More attention is being given to use desired liquid epoxy flow liner to achieve coated surface roughness appart from complying the internationally followed standards. |
