Résumé : |
Limitations of correct microbiological techniques in many industries including paint industries had led to the underestimation of the potential threat of microbiological origin. It leads to difficult to explain kind of situation in spoilage of end product like paint which although substantiated with presence of biocides. Although it has been a well established fact that in many natural environments approximately 1% of microbes can be readily cultivated in lab still standard industrial practices rely upon conventional approach for microbial enumeration. Conventional approach which utilizes nutrient rich media for cultivation of bacteria can only represent very small portion of the actual bacterial population of tested raw material. In this study it has been observed that bacterial population can be increased with dilution of the nutrients in conventional nutrient media. |
