RhéologieIndex. décimale : 667.9 Revêtements et enduits Résumé : Polyaspartic technology can cut coating costs, as such operations can comprise of fewer layers cured rapidly. However, two factors have previously restricted the use of polyaspartic systems for floor coatings. It has been virtually impossible to formulate systems that can be applied manually and most polyaspartic coatings are not sufficiently flexible to bridge any cracks forming in the concrete. Now, new low-viscosity raw materials have been developed to overcome these limitations. Note de contenu : - Benefits of polyaspartics
- Low viscosity, new possibilities

Vernis en phase aqueuseIndex. décimale : 667.9 Revêtements et enduits Résumé : Water-borne UV-curing wood coatings are already used as standard for high productivity, quality and enviornmentally friendly demands. A new polyurethane solution introduces two crosslinking mechanisms to increase robustness of the system. This further crosslinking mechanism also improves drying times, which reduces energy consumption, improves productivity, and gives furniture manufacturers greater flexibility to react to market requirements. Note de contenu : - Greater flexibility with waterborne systems
- Reducing drying time
- Dual crosslinking reduces costs
- Curing even under low level UV radiation improves robustness
- Increasing process efficiency
- Multiple uses
- Improved chemical resistance
- Flexible response to market needs

Revêtements de solsIndex. décimale : 667.9 Revêtements et enduits Résumé : Epoxy (EP) and moisture-curing polyurethane (PU) systems are mostly used today as reactive primers for preparing substrates before floor coating or installing parquet and other floor coverings. Our comparative tests show that primers based on polyaspartics (PAS) have properties that are comparable to these established systems but cure much faster. We demonstrate the practical benefits of using this new system in an exampleof coating the concrete floor of a supermarket in Greece. Note de contenu : - Moving on from the status quo
- Excellent adhesion to the substrate
- Fast adhesive application now possible
- Resistant to plasticisers
- Short waiting time, highest productivity
- And to top it all off, low emissions
