PolyacryliquesIndex. décimale : 668.3 Adhésifs et produits semblables Résumé : The Hercules resin dispersions and acrylic latex polymer systems selected for this study illustrate the ever-increasing raw material choice available to today's adhesive formulator. Understanding the stability characteristics and polymer specificity of a resin dispersion provides much greater flexibility in formulation development and adhesive performance improvement. Resin dispersions, such as Tacolyn 1070, Tacolyn 3179 and now, Res A- 2603, provide excellent formulation foundations for acrylic latex systems. These products offer unique balances of peel, tack and shear, and consistently high levels of stability. To meet the most difficult application requirements, these products are compatible with a wide variety of Hercules resin dispersions for use as co-tackifiers and performance modifiers. As competition and application complexity continue to increase, only those formulators with continual improvements in perfomance will succeed. Choice in resin dispersion tackifiers, such as these and many other Hercules products offered around the globe, can help provide the keys to continued success.
