Résumé : |
40-year-old sandwich components - The ageing behaviour of adhesive bonds has been the subject of numerous studies, research programmes and component qualification processes, primarily because of the fundamental importance of these bonds for the safety and reliability of the components in question. The outcome of these time-consuming investigations is almost always a series of relatively inconclusive forecasts. Against this background, the results described in this article of studies of samples that have aged over 40 years of practical use are highly interesting. |
