Résumé : |
Nano oxide particles can enhance physical properties of coatings without affecting appearance. Some tests on waterborne coatings are reported. The formation of a nanoparticle network can increase resistance to scratching, fracture, surface marring, wear and abrasion. Burnishing or polishing of the matt effect in low gloss coatings can also be prevented or reduced. |
