Hexavalent-chrome-free zinc flake systems are commonly used in the automotive industry to provide effective corrosion protection. However, these multifunctional systems are also ideally suited to use in other areas industry, as shown by the following example of high-strengh bolted joints in wing turbines, which are exposed to corrosion, extreme weather conditions and high dynamic stresses. |
