Résumé : |
Test methods - Measurements of the rate at which biocides leach out of paint are useful in order to predict the service life of exterior coatings subject to fungal and algal growth. The radiotracer technique was examined by preparing radioactive diuron biocide and incorporating it in test paints. This appears to be a very precise non-destructive test method. Paint PVC appears to strongly affect the leaching rate of diuron. |
