Résumé : |
A one-part, 100 percent solids moisture curing urethane adhesive has been developed for laminated walls and ceiling panels of recreational vehicles (RVs). Using the adhesive has eliminated delamination problems, reduced emission of VOCs, increased RV life span and helped boost product sales.
Field delamination of laminated walls, roofs and floors is a challenge faced by almost all recreational vehicle (RV) and modular home manufacturers.
"Recreational vehicles must be able to withstand going from sub-zero environments to warm temperatures within the same day, all while being driven on some of the toughest roads this country can dish out," explains Jeff Stine, vice president of manufacturing for the Coachmen Recreational Vehicle Co. "These conditions can spell trouble for laminated sandwich panels." |
