Résumé : |
The experimental data and theory presented in this paper demonstrate that the AAT can generate much more information than the traditional probe tests. It provides information related to adhesive peel, loop tack and shear performance. It furnishes information related to adhesive molecular structure. In summary, the key advantages of AAT over the traditional tests are:
- Multiple adhesive performance data can be obtained with a single test.
- Adhesive properties can be tested where the influence of the facestock is minimized.
- Only a small adhesive sample size, i.e., 1 cmx2 cm, is needed for testing.
- The AAT profile reflects the molecular structure of the adhesive. |
