Résumé : |
Lions Adhesives is developing a new generation of adhesive copolymers that can meet the criteria for environmental sustainability while retaining or improving the performance attributes of today's synthetic resins. These new adhesive copolymers are waterborne dispersions that incorporate modified sugar units within a synthetic copolymer structure and contain no volatile organic compounds (VOCs). The sugar units in the synthetic copolymers are derived from annually renewable resources and provide enhanced adhesive performance for a wide variety of substrates. They promote repulpability and biodegradability in appropriate recycling or disposal systems. |
