Résumé : |
Building materials such as masonry, plaster and their rendering change over the years. They undergo degradation due to phenomena associated with the materials used in their preparation and environmental conditions (chemical agents, acid rain, pollution and changing weather). Water is one of the most important agents involved in degradation. In addition to acting as a carrier for salts and other chemicals, it produces phenomena such a condensation, freeze-thaw cycles rain, etc. Water soaks into walls through many different routes. |
