Revêtements organiquesIndex. décimale : 667.9 Revêtements et enduits Résumé : A semi-continuous seeded emulsion polymerisation method was used to prepare an aqueous acrylate emulsion with MMA and BA as the main monomers and EGDMA as the cross-linking monomer. Silicon monomer VTES and fluoromonomer DFMA were added to optimise the acrylate emulsion. The experimental results show that after adding the cross-linking agent, the compactness of the latex film is improved, the water absorption rate is greatly reduced, and the thermal decomposition temperature is increased by 12.32°C. It shows that the heat resistance and water resistance of the latex film of the prepared emulsion are improved. After adding silicon monomer and fluorine monomer, the water resistance of the latex film is greatly improved.
