Résumé : |
Manufacturers of architectural coatings in europe are being driven by regulatory directives, retailer requirements and consumer preferences to deliver products with reduced volatil organic compounds (VOCs) and lower odour. THis must be accomplished while maintaining optimum paint performance in scrub resistance, block resistance, low temperature film formation, etc. In many cases, some performance compromises must be accepted to meet existing and future VOC regulations. |
