Fumarate de diméthyleIndex. décimale : 675 Technologie du cuir et de la fourrure Résumé : Purge-assisted headspace solid-phase micro-extraction (PA/HS-SPME) was proposed for the determination of dimethyl fumarate (DMF) extracted from finished leather. Samples were extracted from solvent by Accelerated Solvent Extractor (ASE), concentrated and purified with PA/HS-SPME, analyzed by gas chromatography-mass-spectrometry (GC-MS), and quantified against external standards. The parameters of PA/HS-SPME, such as temperature and time, were studied. Under the optimal conditions, the linearity for DMF was over the concentration range of 5-1000ng/ml ; the detection limit was 1ng/ml ; the relative standard deviation (n=6) was 9.94 % at 100ng/ml. The recoveries were in the range of 66.8-91.5 %. This eco-friendly method was applied to the determination of DMF in leather samples satisfactorily. The proposed PA/HS-SPME method opens new avenues for the determination of DMF in leather samples. SpectrophotométrieIndex. décimale : 675 Technologie du cuir et de la fourrure Résumé : The on-line decolouring reverse reference flow injection analysis (r-FIA) was proposed to determine chromium(VI) extracted from dyed leather by phosphate buffer. A decolouring column and time switch controller was introduced in r-FIA. Under the optimal conditions, the linear range of this method was 2-50µg/l ; the detection limit was 0.94µg/l ; the relative standard deviation (n=11) for 20µg/l chromium(VI) was 0.88 %. Using a dyed leather sample, the corresponding linear range of this method was 0.5-12.5mg/kg. The method not only effectively removes the colour interference but also is also rapid, reliable, saves time and effort and is convenient. This method was suitable for automatic and continuous analysis with satisfactory result. The method represents 'green' analytical chemistry for Cr(VI) in dyed leather samples. Réaction en chaîne par polyméraseIndex. décimale : 675 Technologie du cuir et de la fourrure Résumé : Traditional identification of fur species is a problem ; without unified standards il depends significantly on the experience of the tester. In this study, we cleveloped a.method of identification of fur species by DNA barcoding based on 16S rRNA gene. 18 usuel fur species sequences of 165 rRNA gene were obtained from Genebank and primers for PCR were designed in the conserved ragions. By the optimization of experimental procedure, polymerase chain reaction (PC R) can be successfully performed with DNA isolated from fur. Sequence analyses of the -240bp production of PCR could help us to authenticate the fur species accurately. Note de contenu : - Reference materials and samples

Revêtements autostratifiantsIndex. décimale : 667.9 Revêtements et enduits Résumé : Great attention has been paid to silicone-based fouling-release coatings (FRCs) in the realm of maritime antifouling due to their highly efficient and eco-friendly properties, but many challenges remain for developing a silicone-based FRC that improves its adhesion performance without reducing the antifouling property. Herein, a non-toxic silicone-based FRC has been developed by integrating acrylic resin (AR) with a silicone resin (PDMS) to spontaneously form a self-stratified AR/PDMS coating. The AR/PDMS antifouling coating stil) has the same fouling-release performance but improved adhesion strength (from 0.4 to 2.0 MPa) in comparison with pristine PDMS. Moreover, the antifouling coating has proven to be extremely stable in different environments (such as pH, heating, and ultraviolet exposure). The study provides a facile and convenient self-stratified strategy to develop antifouling coatings, contributing to environmentally friendly coatings in marine applications. Revêtements bi-composant:Peinture bi-composantIndex. décimale : 667.9 Revêtements et enduits Résumé : In this study, aqueous acrylic polyol dispersions with high stability for a two-component waterborne polyurethane were prepared. To improve the stability of acrylic dispersions, the influence of the acrylic acid (AA) addition method, neutralization, water addition rate during the dilution process, and dispersion equipment on the stability of the aqueous acrylic polyol dispersion was studied using dynamic light scattering and a thermal storage experiment. The acrylic resins’ structure was examined using Fourier transform infrared spectra, and the water resistance of the resultant films was investigated by electrochemical measurements and a water-swelling experiment. The dispersions prepared by two-step AA addition exhibited better particle size distribution, viscosity, and thermal storage compared with those prepared by one-step AA addition. Furthermore, the acrylic resin prepared by two-step AA addition was observed to possess a higher acid value. The corrosion currents of films based on dispersions prepared by two-step AA addition decreased to a smaller extent after 24 h of immersion in water. The dispersions afforded smaller particles when larger amounts of neutralizer and slower water addition rates were used. The dispersions prepared using a sawtooth disk dispersion machine displayed better performance than that prepared using a homogenizer dispersion machine.
