Environmental pollution, the oil crises and the increased cost of the conventional energy sources led the drive to develop new ink systems wich are clean, efficient, and a cost effective alternative to the conventional solvent based ink systems. All these resulted in the development of new technologies such as radiation curable inks, Water-reducible inks etc. |
