Their quick curing times are ideal for high-speed, high-volume production lines. In such demanding production lines, selecting the appropriate UV-curable sealants, applicators and UV-curing equipment is important for the proper implementation of a UV-curable sealant process. Additional considerations may be necessary in order to comply with specific product safety regulations. Implementing a UV-curable sealant system for a high-speed, high-volume ammunition production line can be challenging, but the benefits outweigh the drawbacks.
