Résumé : |
Corrosion is phenomenon in which metals obtained by refining ore, seeks to return to their original, low-energy state. But corrosion can be prevented at least delayed, by the use of appropriate surface coatings. How precisely corrosion could be prevented with paints is described in an article, in the January 1997 issue of Coatings and Composite Materials, which is quite apposite to this special supplement on corrosion protection coatings. |
