Résumé : |
Conductive coating is a manufacturing process that employs charged particles giving more efficient paint. Paint, in the form of either powdered particles or atomized liquid, is initially projected towards a conductive work piece using normal spraying methods, and is then accelerated toward the work piece by a powerful electrostatic charge. A high voltage electrostatic charge which is applied to both the work piece and the sprayer mechanism results in the final coating. This coating obtained is having functional value and many interesting characteristics resulting in tailor made applications. |
