Controlling of paint production cost or reducing the formulation cost of paint without compromising paint quality is a current problem faced by almost all paint manufacturers whether organized sector or the unorganized paint manufacturer.
Besides standard methods of cost reduction of cost reduction like electricity, manpower, mechanization, etc, I have tried to illustrate some new methods of reformulation, where the standard properties of paint are not deteriorated but in some cases are even better than the standard formulation. |
