Résumé : |
Aqueous dispersions of UV curable resins have been prepared and evaluated. The physical and rheological properties of these dispersions have been determined, and the performance of these dispersions in various wood coating systems has been studied. Coatings based on these dispersions have faster UV cure speed, better surface hardness, and better flexibility compared with coatings based on undispersed resins. These coatings also have excellent solvent and water resistance. Moreover, one of the sprayable waterborne wood coatings gives tackfree before cure properties. |
