Synthesis of monoazo and disazo pigments by means of microwave (mv) irradiation has been investigated. As a medium able to cause the conversion of irradiation water was used. The results of pigments synthesis with the use ofmv energy were compared with the results of synthesis of analogical dyes obtained by means of the "classic" method. The carried out examinations showed that on the yield of the reaction with the use ofmv irradiation have an influence: the kind of diazo and coupling component, the microwave power and time of irradiation. In some cases the "microwave" method appeared to be the more efficient one as the "classic" method. |
