The method of rapidly determining non-volatile matter content of resin solutions and the like, makes use of a special aluminium foil. The sample is applied thinly, resulting in low solvent retention and short drying time. The method can be used where results have to be obtained quickly, where products tend to form a skin or are affected by heat. |
